Clarence Chan graduated from Yale University in 1992, from Hastings College of the Law in 1997, the same year he was admitted to practice in the State of California. Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Chan worked for the Stockton law firm of Kroloff, Belcher, Smart, Perry and Christopherson from 1997 to 2002.
Since 2002 Clarence K. Chan has worked in three primary areas: estate planning, real estate and business litigation, and personal injury. Mr. Chan has helped a number of clients plan their estates, custom-tailoring plans and instructions that provide clients with peace of mind. Mr. Chan has also represented small businesses, professionals and entrepreneurs providing strategic counseling, negotiating and preparing contracts, agreements and leases, and resolving disputes with negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Finally, Mr. Chan has represented persons who have suffered injuries as a result of automobile collisions and other torts. Mr. Chan is fluent in Cantonese and is proficient in Mandarin.

Mr. Chan has been active in a number of community organizations, including serving six years on the board of the American Lung Association. In November 2000, Mr. Chan was elected as a Trustee to the Stockton Unified School District Board of Education, where he served for four years.
